1. About Us

Vibrant Life is a holistic wellness brand based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, operated by Venesa Speranza and Alex Cormier. We offer digital fitness programs, nutrition resources, mindfulness courses, meditation programs, and 1-on-1 coaching services.

2. Products & Services

We offer the following types of products and services:

• Digital products — downloadable PDF programs (e.g., Fit & Fearless Training Program) delivered by email after purchase
• Online courses — self-paced programs hosted on our platform (e.g., Own Your Path Meditation Quest, Cultivating Mindfulness)
• 1-on-1 coaching programs — personalized coaching services delivered via scheduled sessions with Venesa Speranza or Alex Cormier
• Waitlist registrations — free sign-ups for upcoming products not yet available

3. Purchases & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

For coaching programs, payment plans may be available upon request. All payment plan arrangements must be agreed upon in writing before services begin.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products (PDFs and course access) are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically instant or within a few minutes of purchase.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at checkout. If you do not receive your product within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].

Once a digital product has been delivered, you have lifetime access to that content. We are not responsible for loss of access due to a change in your email address or device.

5. Refund Policy

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Coaching Application & Acceptance

Our 1-on-1 coaching programs (12-Week Fearless with Venesa and Own Your Path Coaching with Alex) require an application and discovery call before acceptance. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot in the program.

We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion. We work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure a high-quality, personalized experience.

If you are accepted into a coaching program, a separate coaching agreement outlining the specific terms, schedule, and deliverables will be provided before payment is collected.

7. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

By purchasing or participating in any Vibrant Life program, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for consulting with your doctor or healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program
• Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed
• You participate in physical exercise programs at your own risk
• Vibrant Life is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from participation in our programs

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Vibrant Life — including but not limited to training programs, recipes, course materials, written content, and branding — is the intellectual property of Vibrant Life and its creators.

When you purchase a Vibrant Life product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own personal use only. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell our digital products to others
• Reproduce or republish our content without written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or branding from our materials

9. User Conduct

When using our website or participating in our programs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and applications
• Treat our team and any community members with respect
• Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or content

We reserve the right to terminate access to our programs or services without refund if these standards are not upheld.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibrant Life and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick, Canada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
